Until when can I cancel?

For groups of 5 or less, reservations can be made up until 6:00 p.m. the day before, and for groups of 6 or more, reservations can be made up until 2 weeks in advance.
After that, 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
Please note that if you do not contact us within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation will be cancelled.

Can I make a tentative reservation?

Yes. It is possible.
The deadline is one month before the reservation date.

Do you have regular holidays?

We are closed only during the year-end and New Year holidays.

Question 4

Is it possible to reserve the entire room?

Accepted Answer

It is possible for ¥19,800 (experience fee included). 
Please note that a charter for more than 6 people will be charged ¥3,000 per person.

Question 5

Can I still experience the activity if I'm late?

Accepted Answer

If you are less than 30 minutes late, you can still experience the experience.
However, please note that the closing time cannot be extended.

Question 6

Can I leave before the end time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It is possible.
Once customers have finished their glass they may leave.

Is there a parking lot?
